
Dr. Andrew Serdiuk
Professional Background
Dr. Andrew Serdiuk serves as the Medical Director of NORA Services at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida. A Chicago native, Dr. Serdiuk began his academic journey at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, where he earned his bachelor's degree in psychology, followed by a master's in public health from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
As part of the inaugural class of Midwestern University's Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Serdiuk earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) in 2000. He initially began his residency training in General Surgery at the prestigious Johns Hopkins Hospital before transferring to the University of South Florida, where he switched to Anesthesiology and completed his training in 2008.
Dr. Serdiuk joined the faculty at Moffitt Cancer Center immediately after completing his residency and has remained dedicated to the institution ever since. As he notes, "Rarely do people keep their first job, but he happens to love his first job, so he plans to stay."
