Director, Anesthesia and Pain Medicine
In this position you will be responsible for the overall direction of the operational, financial and strategic management of this service line; incorporating the elements of Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety and Engagement; and using CPI methodology to identify opportunities for improvement and implement change.
Requires MSN, MHA, MBA or equivalent; 5 years' managerial experience in a hospital or complex organizational setting; experience in an Academic Medical Center; and experience leading in an environment of rapid change.
Demonstrated ability to partner with providers and administrative leaders and experience with improvement methodology (Toyota methodology) is preferred.
